Putting Your Leftovers to Their Best Use

Thanksgiving is all about food.

That typically means leftovers, sometimes lots of leftovers.

If you’re like me, you don’t want to keep eating the same thing over and over.

So… how do you put those leftovers to good use?

Here are some of our favorite ways.

1. Invite friends over for a football game. After family leaves, there is still a lot of football to watch. Call some friends to watch and eat. You’ll whittle down those leftovers in no time.
2. Host a leftover swap. Your family makes the same dishes year after year. Other families have their own favorites though. By exchanging leftovers with a friend, you can all try something new.
3. Take food to a neighbor without family. It’s sad, but most of us no someone who is alone holiday after holiday. They will appreciate your food and that you remembered them.
